  2. I like the “we see the plainly obvious” part LOL! Reminds me of something wise my mother said to me when I was down and out during college. She said, “There are those who are book smart, and there are those who are common sense smart. I’d rather have common sense because anyone can learn from a book… not everyone was born with common sense.”

    It’s so true. I have a cousin who is one of the top fifth in the Nuclear field. Unfortunately not an ounce of common sense. For several years I worked for one of the largest consulting firms in the world with the smartest people in the world yet God had not blessed them with any common sense.

    It is an experience to work with people who are know in the world to be the final word (and you would see these people be guests on Fox News, CNN), and knowing that they don’t know how to call a taxi service, make a copy, and how to treat another human with humbleness.

  3. Hi christine

    Talk about being “Non Conformist”. The major strategy I am working on is to eliminate (I mean completely) all my business debt. I am raising equity capital from investors and plan to run a 100% debt free business.

    I think the lower costs and the safety will give me an advantage. Raising equity capital is relatively easy, especially on a small scale. I may have about 500 stockholders and I expect to raise capital from my customer list and local people. Something to think about
